Facial Fillers: Restylane®

Restylane© is a safe and matured cosmetic dermal filler made of non-animal-based hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance found through our body. It creates full lips when used for lip augmentation, reduces the appearance of deep facial wrinkles and wrinkles that are present at rest. Restylane may be used in conjunction with Botox to treat wrinkles between the eyebrows or to treat wrinkles that result from volume loss. Both of these patients elected Restylane injections around their mouths to reduce wrinkling.

JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel Ultra and JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel Ultra Plus

JUVÉDERM® Injectable Gel like Restylane® is also composed of hyaluronic acid and it used to correct structure and volume loss in the face. By injecting the dermal filler, Dr. Carroll can smooth wrinkles and folds by adding structure back up to the surface. Juvéderm has two different formulations, Juvéderm Ultra and Ultra Plus. Dr. Carroll will determine which formulation will suit your needs the best.
